Manual Adjustments

A manual Chiropractic adjustment involves a Doctor of Chiropractic using their hands to apply a controlled, sudden force to a specific joint, typically in the spine, to restore its movement and alignment.  This often produces a "popping" or "cracking" sound, which is caused by the release of gas from the joint. The goal of a manual adjustment is to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the body's overall function.
